Still shopping?

So today you get two wishlist goodies for inspiration (once again from a loyal reader). If you are like a lot of people, that shopping is not quite done (did you even start?!).

Prep by Curtis Sittenfeld looks like a good little easy read to throw in the mix. I am always down for a new book suggestion.
Help to protect your electronics with a surge protector. This one has individual on/off switches for each plug. Just remember, though, they don’t FULLY protect your expensive computer and television. You need a UPS battery back-up for that (I’ve been trained well with this crazy Virgin Islands power and a boyfriend who gets a slew of computers to fix after each outage).
